We’re proud to be a 3rd-generation contractor in the Bay Area, with deep roots in the landscaping trade. Our story began when our grandfather, a migrant from Italy, arrived in America with little more than determination and a strong work ethic. From those humble beginnings, he built an 80-man commercial landscape company, setting a foundation of craftsmanship, integrity, and dedication that still guides us today.
The second generation — Carlo Martina — carried the legacy forward, expanding the company’s reputation for quality and innovation. Today, the third generation, led by Sean Martina, continues that tradition, blending time-tested craftsmanship with modern design and sustainable practices.
From intimate gardens to complete outdoor living environments with pools, kitchens, and lighting, we do it all — and we love every step of the process. Our work becomes part of our clients’ everyday lives: family barbecues, summer pool parties, or peaceful mornings with coffee in the garden.

Co-OwnerSean Martina is a third-generation landscape contractor with a lifelong passion for the trade, shaped from an early age by time spent alongside his father on job sites throughout the Bay Area. From those early days, he developed a deep respect for the craft and a hands-on understanding of what it takes to build exceptional outdoor spaces. Sean has worked every aspect of the business from the ground up—mastering the physical demands of construction, including grading, concrete, and paver installation, while also developing expertise in project management, negotiations, contract execution, and a strong knowledge of plant material suited to the local environment. Known for his attention to detail, strong work ethic, and grounded, considerate approach, Sean takes pride in building lasting relationships with clients and delivering a seamless experience from concept to completion. He carries forward his family’s legacy with a modern perspective, specializing in thoughtfully executed, luxury residential landscapes.
Carlo Martina
Co-OwnerCarlo Martina is a second-generation landscape contractor whose roots in the Bay Area run deep, shaped by a lifetime immersed in the craft. Raised in a family that grew a humble operation into a respected 80-person commercial landscaping company, Carlo developed an early appreciation for precision, discipline, and enduring quality.
